Dear PECS Community,
As we enter the second quarter at Providence Englewood Charter School, we have an opportunity to build on the foundation of the new school year. Our students are establishing routines, strengthening relationships, and taking on new challenges. We look forward to helping each of our Knights continue to grow in knowledge, confidence, and character.
This quarter, we encourage our students to set meaningful goals, move with excitement about learning, and put forth their best effort every day. Whether mastering a challenging lesson, showing kindness to a classmate, or discovering a new interest, every step forward matters. Our faculty and staff remain committed to providing the instruction, encouragement, and support students need to succeed.
Our families are essential partners in this work. Consistent attendance, timely arrival, reading at home, and regular communication with teachers help students make the most of each school day. Thank you for the many ways you support your children and our school community.
As we continue to embark on PECS’s 20th year, we are grateful for the families, educators, supporters, and community partners who have helped shape our school. Together, we will continue to create opportunities that prepare our students for high school and beyond.
Thank you for your trust and partnership. Let’s make Quarter 2 a season of learning, purpose, and progress!
With gratitude,
Angela Johnson-Williams
